Although I met Mr. Hennessey only a few times when he visited Nancy at the UofA - I have a distinct memory of when he took me out with Nancy to dinner after my father had passed away. He was a kind, thoughtful and gentle man. I will never forget the image I have of him walking with your mom holding hands like tennagers. My sincerest condolences to Nancy and the entire Hennessey family. Heidi Jellinghaus Elwyn

Dick was a character in the very best sense of the word. I knew him as a community activist, volunteering his time to participate in the Skidaway Precinct's CAC Citizens Advisory Councilrepresenting his neighborhood. His wit and smile will be missed by all who knew him.
